Updated this week

At Onetrace, weโ€™re committed to continuously improving our product to deliver the best experience possible. Following the Nexus release in 2024, weโ€™ve been actively enhancing various areas of the platform to ensure seamless integration with this upgrade and push Onetrace further.

Whatโ€™s new?

Weโ€™ve made some layout changes to enhance your workflow. The updated design gives you clearer context for each site and introduces a more organised way to create, edit, and manage your digital site.

Clarity on site structure

Blocks now live in expandable sections rather than in multiple buttons along the top of the screen. Site Manager's new table format provides a more intuitive approach to drilling down into your site, starting at the top with Blocks and moving down into Levels and Zones. Quickly find the right area of your site to make amendments.

Enhanced search

As your business scales, so do the sites. Search to quickly drill into specific areas of your site. The search will reference Block, Level and Zone names.

One-stop toolbar

Moving, duplicating and editing your levels has become even quicker with the new interactive toolbar within Site Manager. Edit multiple levels at once via the circles next to the level name, saving time by making amendments in bulk.

Bulk create your site with CSV import

Automatically add site details (such as blocks, levels and zones) using our pre-built template. As your sites grow larger, the CSV import becomes a more efficient method for building and maintaining your site.

How to bulk import a site using a CSV

  1. Access the CSV importer via the site manager homepage if starting a project from scratch or the drop-down in the Add Levels button in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Download the Site CSV template if you have not used the importer before.

  3. Open the Site CSV template in Excel, Google Sheets or another program that supports CSVs

  4. Add in your site data, making sure to:

    1. Give each block and level a unique name, e.g. Block 1, Block 2 and Level 1, Level 2

    2. Add in your zone and core information; this can always be added and edited later if it's not available at the time of upload

  5. Save your sheet as a CSV with the project name, e.g. Lewisham Site CSV

  6. Navigate back to Onetrace and upload the completed CSV

  7. Click Import CSV

  8. The summary will give you an overview of how many blocks, levels and zones are being imported into your site. You can scroll for further information and compare to your original CSV file

  9. Once you are happy everything has been uploaded correctly, click Add to Site in the bottom right-hand corner

  10. After the site data has been added into Site Manager, you can rename, move or delete blocks, levels and zones when needed

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Each block and level needs to have a unique name to be picked up by the importer, otherwise it will be disregarded as a duplicate.
