With the dedicated Project Reference field, you can record and track your external project IDs without needing to add them to the project name.
Manage your projects to work across multiple systems like CRMs, CAFM platforms, or exporting project data into spreadsheets.
How does the project reference field work?
Utilising the Project Reference field, you can separate out the Project name and reference numbers to match projects between Onetrace and other systems within your organisation.
With this dedicated space, project data is cleaner and more consistent, with improved search and filtering options. The project reference field is included within the Onetrace API to enable smoother integrations and automated project matching with your external tech stack.
Less manual effort is needed to update the project reference in multiple places; this ensures data is accurate and consistent for reporting purposes as well.
