Steps to Approve Job Sheets using the App
1. Open the Onetrace app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to your Inbox.
3. Select the Project you need to review.
4. Select the Block and Level within which you need to review the Job Sheets.
5. Select the Job Sheet you need to review.
6. Review the Job Sheet as you normally would. If satisfied select click Approve.
7. Click Approve to confirm.
Steps to Reject Job Sheets using the App
1. Open the Onetrace app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to your Inbox.
3. Select the Project you need to review.
4. Select the Block and Level within which you need to review the Job Sheets.
5. Select the Job Sheet you need to review.
7. Review the Job Sheet as you normally would. If unsatisfied select Reject.
8. Add a reason for rejecting the work and click Reject.
