An overview of the Job Sheets tab

This field displays a unique identification number which is automatically assigned to a Job sheet when created.

This field displays the job forms (type of work) your operatives are currently carrying out or have had in the past.

This field displays the dates and times when individual job sheets were created within your Onetrace account.

| By using this button, you'll be able to generate an Excel report of all your job sheets added to your Onetrace account.

Overview of an Individual Job Sheet
Project | This field displays the name of the project within which a specific job sheet has been created. |
Client | This field displays the name of the client for whom the work has been carried out. |
Job Number | This field displays a unique job identification number which is automatically generated and assigned when scheduling each new job in the system. |
Reference | The Reference field displays any custom job reference numbering system you might have used while scheduling a job. |
Operative | The operative field displays the member who has created this specific job sheet. |
Date | This field displays the date on which a specific job sheet was created. |
Approval Stages | This field displays the Approval Stages that have been created, along with the people who have been assigned to review them.

Location | This field will display the following information:
Block: The name of the block where the location pin was dropped.
Level: The name of the level where the location pin was dropped.
Drawing Name: The title of the drawing uploaded will be displayed here.
Location No: The automatically generated number assigned when dropping map pins will be displayed here.
Status: The completion status for the location will be displayed here.

Specification | This field will display the name of the specification that was created.

Specification Code | This field will display the code that you may have assigned to a specification. |
Edit | By using this button, you can edit any information on the form that was added to a job sheet. |
Download PDF | By using this button, you can generate a report of a specific job sheet.
