The Clients tab in your Onetrace account is the central hub for managing all client and contact information. Here, you can keep track of the main contractors, companies, and individuals you provide services to, ensuring that every interaction is organised, transparent, and traceable.

By adding clients to Onetrace, you also give them visibility into project progress, helping to create a smooth, collaborative workflow.

Managing Clients

You can also use the filter drop-down to quickly switch between different client views, making it easier to organise and manage your relationships efficiently.

  • Active Clients – your current clients that you are actively working with.

  • Archived Clients – clients you’ve worked with in the past, now stored for reference.

Simply toggle between these filters to view the list you need. To access past records, select Archived Clients from the drop-down menu.

Managing Contacts

Each client can have associated contacts, the key personnel connected to that client. This ensures your team always has up-to-date contact details, making it easy to reach the right person quickly if any issues arise during operations.
