The Clients tab within your Onetrace account is your central hub for managing all of your clients and contacts related information. Clients represent the main contractors or other companies and individuals you provide your services to.

You can easily add them to your Onetrace account, providing them with visibility of project progress and making your entire workflow transparent and traceable.


An Overview of the Clientโ€™s Tab

This guide provides an overview of the Clients tab. It explains the tab's functions and how to add and manage your clients and contacts.

Following these instructions will help you understand how to navigate the system for efficient client management.

1. Active Clients

2. Archived Clients

3. + Add Client

Once in the Clients tab, the filter drop-down provides access to your Active Clients and Archived Clients.

You can toggle between filters to view your Active and Archived clients.

Select the Archived Clients option from the dropdown to access your

Archived Clients list.

Click the + Add Client button to add new clients to your organisation.

4. Edit Client

6. Add Contact

The Edit Client button enables you to change your client's name.

Click the + Add Contact button to add contacts including their name, telephone number and email address.

Once in the Contacts tab, the filter drop-down provides access to your Active and Archived Contacts.

You can toggle between filters to view your Active and Archived contacts.

Select the Archived Contacts option from the dropdown to access your Archived Contacts list.

Clicking on a contact of your choice will allow you to edit your contact details.
