An Overview of the Global Jobs Table
The Jobs tab within your Onetrace account is your central hub for managing job-related information. Jobs represent the contracted work that your teams are working on in real-time.
Using the Jobs tab, you can schedule work for your members, and manage and customise their schedule any time, any place without stepping foot onsite. You will get a glance to view every tine details related to the job in question.
1. Job No. | This field displays a unique job identification number which is automatically generated and assigned when scheduling each new job in the system. |
2. Project | This field displays a list of Projects you currently have within your Onetrace account. |
3. Client | The client's field displays a list of the clients you have added to your Onetrace account whom you are currently providing services for. |
4. Status | Using the status filter, you can filter your jobs according to their stage within the project lifecycle. You can choose between "Awaiting", "In progress", "Completed", or "Cancelled". |
5. Operative | The Operative field displays the Member who has been assigned to a specific Job. |
6. Forms | This field displays the Forms assigned to a specific Job for your Operatives to fill on-site. |
7. Scheduled | This field displays the date/dates during which the Job is scheduled. |
8. Reference | The Add Reference field displays any custom Job Reference numbering system you might have used. |
An Overview of the Schedule Job Pop-up
Once in the Job tab, use the 'Schedule a Job' button to schedule work for your operatives. You'll be able to add the following details while scheduling your job:
Project | Using the dropdown menu select a project for which you are scheduling a job. |
Operatives | Using the dropdown menu add an operative or multiple operatives depending on the requirements of your job. |
Dates | Specify dates when the work is likely to be performed using the calendar (selecting multiple will schedule multiple jobs). |
Options | Additionally, you can add the following to your jobs as well:
Reference: You can add a custom job reference number in case you have used any external referencing system or your client uses one.
Forms: Forms can be pre-selected using the dropdown menu. Alternatively, if this column is left blank, then all forms will automatically be available for your operatives to choose from when starting a job.
Site Contact: You can assign a contact for operatives to reach out to on-site via their mobile app in case of any queries or emergencies.
Instructions: You can add job-related notes accessible to operatives through their mobile app to assist them while performing the job. |

Overview of a Job Screen
Once you have clicked on a job, your screen will display a summary of the following information:

The name of the project under which a specific job was scheduled will be displayed here.
