The Clients section in your Onetrace account serves as the central hub for managing all your client and contact information.
- Clients can include main contractors, companies, or individuals to whom you provide services 
- Easily add new clients to your account, giving them visibility into project progress 
- Enhance transparency and ensure your entire workflow remains clear, traceable, and well-documented 
Add your clients
How to add clients and contacts:
- Select Clients from the left-hand sidebar 
- Click the + Add Client button in the top right-hand corner 
- Add the clients name, we recommend adding the full legal name for the company or person for compliance 
- Click the Add Client button to finish 
- To add contacts to your clients, click into the client name 
- Navigate to the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner, this is also where you can edit, archive or delete a client 
- Select Contacts from the dropdown 
- If this is your first contact click the + Add contact button in the centre of your screen, if you have already created a contact click + Add contact button in the right hand side of the screen 
- Add your contacts first and last name, we recommend using the legal name for the contact for compliance 
- Add a phone number and email address 
- Click Add contact to save the information to the Client
