Learn how to add clients, edit your clients, delete them and archive and unarchive them using the Clients tab.

The client's tab in Onetrace is your central location for managing all client-related information. Managing your Clients in your Onetrace projects is quick and simple. We've outlined the process so you can swiftly get your clients on board your projects and collaborate seamlessly.

This guide will help you with the following:


Steps To Add Your Clients to Your Onetrace Account

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Choose the Clients tab using the left navigation bar.

3. Click the + Add Client button.

4. In the blank text box, add the name of your client.

5. Click the Add Client button to finish.


Steps To Edit Your Clients

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Choose the Clients tab using the left navigation bar.

3. Click on the name of the client you wish to Edit.

4. Click the three dots on the top-right and select Edit Client from the drop-down menu.

5. Edit your client's name as intended.

6. Click the Save Changes button.


Steps To Delete Your Clients

  1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

  2. Choose the Clients tab using the left navigation bar.

  3. Click on the name of the client you wish to Delete.

  4. Click the three dots on the top-right and select Delete Client from the drop-down menu.

5. Type 'DELETE' in the blank column.

6. Click the Delete button.

✨ A client can only be deleted when there are no active jobs on any device. Deletion is only possible once all jobs are submitted.


Steps To Archive Your Clients

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Choose the Clients tab using the left navigation bar.

3. Check the box to the left of the Client's Name that you want to archive.

5. Click the Archive icon from the bottom of your screen.

6. Click the Archive button to confirm.


Steps To Unarchive Your Clients

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Choose the Clients tab using the left navigation bar.

3. Swap the Active Clients filter using the drop-down menu for Archived Clients.

4. Check the box to the left of the Client's Name that you want to unarchive.

5. Click the Unarchive icon from the bottom of the screen.

6. Click the Unarchive button to confirm.
