Signed Docs global view provides a central place to monitor and manage compliance across projects. This article explains how to open a Signed Doc report, review member activity, and track sign-off progress.

  • Run reports to see member status, actions taken, and overall completion.

  • Add or manage members at any stage to keep compliance up to date.

Monitor activity for Signed Docs

How to monitor activity in a Signed Docs:

  1. From the left-hand sidebar, click Signed Docs to open the global view. This is the central hub for all signed documents across your organisation.

  2. In the global page, locate and select the project that contains the Signed Doc you want to review. Use the search or filters to help find your project.

  3. Click the title of the Signed Doc you want to open. This will open the document’s report/overview page, where you can review assigned members and their activity.

  4. If you need to include more people, use the Add Members option on the Signed Doc page. Members can be added at any stage - before, during, or after you begin monitoring sign-offs.

  5. The Signed Doc’s overview lists every member assigned to the document, together with any actions they have taken.

    • No Action: Members who either have not seen the Signed Doc at all, or have seen it but have not signed it.

    • Signed: Members who have viewed and completed the Signed Doc.

  6. To inspect a single member’s detailed activity, click the member’s Name or the three-dot menu beside their entry and select View activity log. The log displays timestamps and actions for that user.

  7. Progress displays how many users have been assigned to the Signed Doc and the percentage of completion (e.g., 8 of 10 assigned — 80% complete).

  8. Signatures show the number of users who are still required to sign. If all assigned users have completed signing, this field will display All Signed.

Generate a Signed Docs report

How to generate a Signed Docs report:

  1. Navigate to the Signed Docs global page in the sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen.

  2. Select the project where the Signed Doc sits.

  3. Choose which Signed Doc you would like to run a report from.

  4. Click the Download button.

  5. There are two options to run a report on:

    1. Signed summary & document - downloads the original file along with a list of users who have signed, viewed, or not taken any action.

    2. Document only - downloads just the original file exactly as it was uploaded.
