Signed Docs enables administrators to upload and request signatures on RAMS, Toolbox Talks, training materials or any other documentation they like. Whether onsite or in the office, docs can easily be sent out to a team to be reviewed and signed.
Review and sign documents
How to review and sign a document:
Go to the Home tab and open your notifications to see all documents assigned to you.
Click the notification for the document you want to review.
Select the document you wish to read.
After reviewing, click Accept Document.
Confirm by clicking the Accept button to sign the document.
Use the < Back button (top left corner) to return to the previous page.
Repeat the process if you have multiple documents to accept and sign.
