Multi site projects let you handle all those separate sites within a single Onetrace project—cutting out repetitive setup and keeping your workload manageable.
⚠️ Multi Site is currently in BETA trial whilst the product team gather feedback. If you are interested or would like to learn more please contact our support team.
Creating a separate project for every site adds up fast. For large work packages from housing associations, local councils or property management companies, that can mean hundreds of sites to set up and manage individually. With Multi Site you can:
Group all your sites in one place: Bring multiple sites under one project to reduce clutter and stay organised.
Bulk import sites and jobs: Use the CSV import tool to add sites and jobs in one go, without manual data entry.
Filter and report with ease: Filter by job reference, site address or completion status to speed up reporting and progress tracking.

How to set up a multi-site project
Go to projects in the left-hand sidebar.
Click Create Project in the top right.
Select multi site. Once you've chosen multi site or single site, you can't change this later.
Enter your project name.
Optional: add the relevant package name if you have one.
Add a client from your organisation's list, or create a new one for this project.
Select a template from the list. If there's no relevant template, you can proceed without one or create a new template first by adding it to the library.
Click next to review the summary page and check everything looks right. Use the back button to correct anything before you continue.
Click Create Project.
Once Onetrace has created your project, click go to project to start adding sites.
⚠️ Drawings aren't currently supported on multi-site projects. If that's something you need, let our support team know—your feedback helps shape what we build next.
