This guide provides guidance on how to use the productivity tab to analyse the productivity of your members, team and projects.

Measuring productivity will enable your business to evaluate the efficiency of your teams and their overall progress. By regularly monitoring the productivity of your members, teams and projects you can identify areas for improvement, set meaningful goals, and allocate resources effectively.

This guide provides guidance on the following topics:


Productivity Tab: Productivity Cards

Your dashboard will provide an overview of the following:

Active Projects

Active Members

Job Sheets

Rates*

The number of projects where work has been carried out during the selected time period.

The number of active members working across projects during the selected time period.

The number of job sheets created across projects during the selected time period.

The final monetary cards will be displayed based on your rate groups.

Each of these cards will show the total amount for the selected time period.

Productivity Tab: Date Range

The date range feature allows you to set custom time frames to monitor the productivity of your members, teams, and projects.

How Is the % change Calculated?

1) Custom

You can set a custom date range and your productivity measurement will be compared to the same time period before your selected date range.

2) Today

Your productivity measurement for the current day's work will be compared to the measurement up to the same time yesterday.

3) Yesterday

Your productivity measurement for the whole day yesterday will be compared to the productivity measurement for the entire day before yesterday.

4) This Week (Mon-Today)

Your productivity measurement for the current week will be compared to the same time period for the week before.

5) Last 7 Days

Your productivity measurement for the last 7 days will be compared to the 7 days before that.

6) Last Week (Mon-Sun)

Your productivity measurement for the last week will be compared to the measurement for the entire previous week.

7) This Month

Your productivity measurement for this month will be compared to the measurement from the same time last month.

8) Last 30 Days

Your productivity measurement for the last 30 days will be compared to the 30 days before that.

9) Last Month

Your productivity measurement for the last month will be compared to the measurement of the month before.


Steps To Analyse the Productivity of your Members, Teams and projects

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Choose the Productivity tab using the left navigation bar.

3. The Productivity tab by default showcases the present day and provides a summary of the active projects, active members, job sheets, and rates.

4. Choose either By Member, By Team or By Project tab to pull out the data for the selected time frame.

☝️ You'll get an overview of the active members, their assigned teams, the job sheets they are working/have worked on and the charges brought in by them for materials utilised.

☝️ You'll get an overview of your teams, the members assigned to individual teams, the job sheets your team is currently working/has worked on and the charges brought in by your teams for materials utilised.

☝️ You'll get an overview of your projects, clients, the members assigned to projects, the job sheets per individual project and the charges brought in for each of your projects for materials utilised.

✨ To view a detailed summary for each member, click on their name in the Members table.

✨ To view a detailed summary for each team, click on the team name in the Team table.

✨ To view a detailed summary for each project, click on the project name in the Project table.
