With Onetrace, operatives can access their to-do lists anytime, directly from their mobile phones. Locations are pre-marked with pins in advance, so operatives have their tasks and destinations ready as soon as they arrive on site.
Access the to-do List from the App
How to access the to-do list on mobile:
Press the + Plus button in the top-right corner of your screen.
Select the Project.
Click Start Job.
Add a job sheet by clicking the + Plus button.
From the top, select the To Do List.
Next to the block name, click the downward arrow β to open the dropdown.
Choose the level and drawing.
Select the pin location.
Add Specification, Zone, Location Reference, or any other required details to your job sheet.
Click Select Location.
Click Create Job Sheet.
Click Finish.
Fill out your Job Form.
Click Submit.
Click Submit again to complete the job.
