Onetrace allows you to set up a quality assurance process for your projects so that you can easily approve or reject work as it is completed by your operatives. This gives you the ability to view the submitted work from your operatives centrally back in the office without having to travel down to the site.

Putting you in control of the quality of work your team is producing; creating transparency and accountability throughout your projects. In this article, we will walk you through the steps to:

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com
2. Select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.

3. Select the Project you want to set up the approval for.

4. Go to the Approvals tab from the top bar.

5. Click the Setup Approvals button.

6. Click the + Add Stage button.

7. Add the Title of your new approval stage.

8. Add a declaration that you wish your operatives to sign.

9. Using the dropdown menu assign the users that can sign the approval.

10. Click the Add Stage button.

After creating the Approval Stage, you will need to enable approvals on your job forms.

2. Choose the Library tab using the left navigation bar.

3. Click the Forms tab.

4. Click on the Job Form you wish to enable the approvals for.

5. Scroll down to switch on the button next to Approvals.

3. Select the Project you want to remove the approval stage from.

4. Click the Project Setup button from the top-right corner.

5. From the drop-down menu select Approvals.

6. Click the Bin Icon next to the approval stage to delete.

7. Click the Confirm button to delete the approval stage.

With approvals, you’ll be able to manage the quality of work your team is delivering in real-time, enabling a simple and effective quality assurance process.
