Yes, you can add signed docs and files within your projects. You have the option to add your project-related files and documents using the projects tab.

Signed Docs and Files provide you with two ways that you can categorise and manage your documents.

	Signed Docs	Files
Example	RAMS, Health & Safety, Toolbox Talks.	Contracts, Product Data Sheets, Scope of Work etc.
Benefits	Assign documents to members that require their signatures, eliminating the need for manually requesting a signature. Helps increase accountability. Dedicated place for all project-related documentation.	Dedicated place for all project-related documentation. Easier to accurately categorise paperwork for future reporting and getting the job done on-site. Easy retrieval of files at all times.

Why Is This Important?

Having all project documents centrally stored within a project provides a single source of truth and repository for stakeholders to access the project information and ensure the right documents are associated with the right project.

Additional features such as, organising files into folders, making access either public or private, and requesting operative acceptance on some documents, helps improve project organisation and document management.
