Creating signed documents and organising files within your Onetrace account is easy by following these simple steps. Project documents each serve important, specialised purposes, from legally binding RAMS to supporting on-site team workflows.
Create a folder with Docs & Files
How to create a folder:
Choose the Projects tab using the left navigation bar.
Click the Project to which you wish to add a folder.
Select Docs & Files from the top bar.
Click the New Folder button.
Add the name for your folder.
Click the Add Folder button
When creating a folder for your files, you can customise the access permissions to control which users can view or edit the files within.
Choose either private or public based on your requirements from the dropdown menu.
Change the access control
How to change the access control of a folder:
Choose the Projects tab using the left navigation bar.
Click the Project for which you wish to edit the folder access preference.
Select Docs & Files from the top navigation bar.
To change the access, click the three dots next to the folder.
Select public or private, and your changes will be automatically saved.
Delete or rename a folder
How to delete or rename a folder:
Choose the projects tab using the left navigation bar.
Click the project from which you wish to delete/rename a Folder.
Select Docs & Files from the top bar.
To delete/rename a folder, click the three dots next to the folder.
To delete a folder:
Click the Delete Folder button from the dropdown menu.
Type 'DELETE' in the blank column.
Click the Confirm button.
To rename a folder:
Click the Rename button from the dropdown menu.
Add the Name for your folder.
Click the Save Changes button.
