Learn how to recalculate rates using your Onetrace account.

If you've made changes to your rates or switched to a different rate set, use recalculate rates to get up-to-date information about the costs associated with your project.

How to recalculate rates:

  1. Choose the Projects tab from the side bar on the left-hand side of your screen

  2. Click the project of your choice to recalculate the rates

  3. Navigate to the three dots in the top-right corner

  4. Select the Recalculate Rates button from the drop-down

  5. Click Confirm

  6. Onetrace will recalculate the rates for all job sheets in this project. This typically takes a few minutes.
