πŸš€ Generate a Report of your Job Sheets

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Go to the Jobs tab, select the Job with the Job Sheet you want to generate a Report for.

3. Use the checkboxes on the right to make your selection and click the Get Report button from the Dynamic Island.

4. Choose the format of your report, which can be PDF or Excel.

✨ PDF Report:

  • Your PDF report will use a professional format which is easily shareable and presentable.

  • Download either a single PDF containing all Job Sheets or a zip folder of individual PDF files for each Job Sheet.

✨ Excel Report:

  • Our Excel format is perfect for data analysis and you can modify your reports by customising them on the following basis:

  • Materials (You can choose to include a summary of your materials or a detailed breakdown of your materials in your Excel report)

  • Photos (You can choose whether you want hyperlinks to the photos or have the photos embedded within your Excel report)

  • Prices (You can choose to include either show material prices or hide material prices within your Excel reports)

4. Click the Build Report button.
