Onetrace has a powerful reporting tool that enables you to create standardised reports every single time for all your projects and their various aspects. You can generate standardised reports of your jobs to get a detailed summary of your marked-up drawings, pins dropped, job sheets and so on.

By implementing a standardised system of reporting, you can uphold transparency and traceability with your clients, saving you countless hours of manual reporting and printing. Easy to share, these reports will raise the quality of your project output every single time.

This guide will walk you through the steps to generate a report for your jobs.


Steps To Generate a Report for Your Jobs

1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com

2. Choose the Project from which you wish to generate a report for your jobs.

3. To Get a Report, click on the job you wish to generate a report for.

4. Click the Get Report button.

5. Choose a report type: PDF Report or an Excel Report.

✨ PDF Report: Your PDF report will use a professional format which is easily shareable and presentable.

✨ Excel Report: Our Excel format is perfect for data analysis and you can modify your reports by customising them on the following basis:

6. Click the Build Report button.

☝️ Materials (You can choose to include a summary of your materials or a detailed breakdown of your materials in your Excel report)

☝️Photos (You can choose whether you want hyperlinks to the photos or have the photos embedded within your Excel report)

☝️Prices (You can choose to include either show material prices or hide material

prices within your Excel reports)

⚠️ You can also generate a job report by:

  1. Select the Jobs tab in the left navigation bar.

  2. Clicking on the Job you want a Report for.

  3. Selecting the 'Get Report' button for that job."
