What is the maximum file size I can upload?
The maximum file size for uploads is 10MB. Make sure your files are
within this limit to ensure a smooth upload process.

What file types can I upload?
For Signed Docs, you can upload PDF files only.
For Files, supported formats include PDF, PNG, and JPEG.
Will my existing Signed Docs be affected?
No, your existing non-PDF Signed Docs will still be available for viewing in the new Signed Docs table.
However, going forward, only PDF files can be uploaded to Signed Docs.
How does offline mode work with auto-assign and required settings?
If a user has already started a Job and goes offline, they can continue working on that same Job while offline.
However, they will not be able to start a new Job until they are back online and signed it.
Can I download the signed document, including signatures?
You can download a file which includes the breakdown of people who signed and who didnβt, as well as the document itself, but the signatures will not appear directly on it.
Can I upload ZIP files?
No, only PDF files can be uploaded to Signed Docs.
However, you can upload the individual PDF files that are part of the ZIP folder.
What version of the app do users need to be on to access the new Signed Docs & Files features?
Members need to be on the latest version of the app to access the new Signed Docs & Files features.
