Add blocks and levels to structure your site and organise your drawings

Create a clear digital structure for your site by organising drawings into blocks and levels. This allows you to:

  • Help operatives select the correct drawing when placing a pin, reducing errors and saving time on site.

  • Automatically organise Job Sheets by block and level as they’re submitted, giving you cleaner, more actionable records.

Effortlessly generate reports filtered by block or level, making it easy to drill into specific areas of the site.


Add blocks

How to add a block:

  1. To add a block, make sure you are first within Site Manager

  2. Click on the arrow of the blue Add Levels button

  3. From the dropdown, select Add Block

  4. Add the name of the block and any levels you may wish to add

  5. Click the Add Block blue button to save these changes

How to add a level:

  1. Select the blue Add Levels button

  2. Make sure you are adding levels to the right block. You can change the block by clicking on the arrow and selecting from the dropdown

  3. Use the enter/return key to add each level to a new line

  4. Click on the blue Add Levels button to save the new levels

Renaming blocks and levels

How to rename blocks and levels:

  1. In Site Manager, navigate to the block or level you would like to rename

  2. You may have to expand a block to see all the levels sitting underneath

  3. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the block or level

  4. Select Edit Name from the dropdown

  5. Type in the name change

  6. Click Save Changes

Reorder Blocks

How to reorder blocks:

  1. Select Reorder next to the blue Add Levels button

  2. Arrows will appear on the right of each block

  3. Choose the up or down arrows to move the blocks

  4. Once you are happy with the new order, select Finish to save the changes

Reorder levels

How to reorder levels:

  1. Select Reorder next to the blue Add Levels button

  2. 6 dots will appear next to the level names

  3. Click and hold on the six dots to grab the level

  4. Move the level up and down to reorder the level

  5. Once you are happy with the new position of the level, let go of the level

  6. To save the changes, click Finish in the top right-hand corner

Move a level

How to move a level:

  1. Navigate to the level you would like to move

  2. Select the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the level name

  3. Select Move Level from the drop-down

  4. Choose which block you would like to move the level into

  5. Click Move Level

Bulk move levels

How to bulk move levels:

  1. Click on the circles next to the levels that you would like to move

  2. Once you’ve selected all the levels, navigate to the blue toolbar

  3. Select the folder with an arrow icon

  4. Select the block you would like to move the levels into

  5. Click Move Levels to save the change
