Member Declaration

Requires the operative or whoever is filling out the form at the time to make a declaration that they have read through the relevant documentation, work is being carried out in accordance with professional trade body requirements, and they are qualified and compliant to undertake the inspection or survey on this project.

Approvals

Approvals are an essential part of the quality assurance process, allowing you to easily approve or reject work submitted by operatives. Once approvals are configured within a project, you can assign them to specific forms as needed. Additionally, you have the option to display approval stages on the PDF report.

Location Attributes (available only via project setup)

Capture your own unique location references by enabling the location reference field. This is particularly useful for projects being run without drawings.

Automations (available only via project setup)

Control the status of a location when the form is being used.

Advanced options

With each field type added, you can add more advanced options to add further detail and evidence to your forms. The information collected using the advanced options will then also show on the reports for your clients.
