Refine which solutions are available within a project from your global library. Since different projects and work types require specific setups, managing these within the project setup helps you work more effectively.

  • Increase operative efficiency: defining solutions proactively reduces the time operatives spend looking for the correct one.

  • Reduce mistakes and data entry: prevent operatives from selecting the wrong solution for the specific project.

💡 Before proceeding, ensure you’ve added Solutions to your Library and a Solution field to the necessary forms.

Add a Solution to a project

How to add a Solution to a Project:

  1. Navigate to Projects from the sidebar.

  2. Select the project you want to add solutions to.

  3. Click on Project setup in the top-right corner of your screen.

  4. Select Solutions from the dropdown.

  5. Click the Select from library button. If you need to create a new solution, click Go to library to build it there first.

  6. A modal will appear with your active solutions. If a solution is missing, check the library to ensure it hasn't been archived.

  7. Once added, the solution is immediately available to operatives in the mobile app.

Manage Solutions in a Project

How to manage solutions in a project:

  1. To manage existing solutions, click the three dots next to a solution name within Project setup. From here, you can:

    1. View the attached file

    2. Download the file

    3. Remove the solution from the project

💡 Removing a solution from a project won’t remove it from any job sheets where it has been attached previously, ensuring your record of work remains accurate.
