Solutions help you record compliance by applying tested manufacturer setups directly to your site installations. Managed in the library, these certified configurations can be used across all your projects.
Select tested configurations: Installers choose the right manufacturer setup on their job sheets.
Evidence the install: Operatives capture photos to prove work meets standards.
Maintain the golden thread: Every solution is recorded in the location history for a complete audit trail.
Add Solutions to the Library
How to add Solutions to the Library:
Go to the Library in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
Select Solutions.
Click Add solution. If this is your first time creating one, select the button in the middle of your screen, or if some have already been created, select the button on the right-hand side.
Upload the technical sheet in PDF format—your operative can then view this in the mobile app.
Click Next.
Add a unique name and reference to prevent duplication or confusion on site.
Click Create solution to add it to your library. You can then add these to projects and templates, allowing operatives to add them to job sheets while on site.
Manage Solutions in the Library
How to edit a Solution:
Click the solution to open the sidebar.
Hover over the name or reference to reveal the pencil icon.
Click the icon to edit the details—remember that these must be unique.
Click Save changes to push the updates live to the library.
💡 You cannot change a solution’s file once it has been uploaded. To update a PDF, you must archive or delete the incorrect version and create a new solution with the correct file.
How to delete a Solution:
Click the solution name to open the sidebar.
Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
Choose Delete from the dropdown.
If a solution is already linked to a job sheet, you cannot delete it for compliance reasons—archive it instead to prevent future use.
How to archive a Solution:
Click the solution name to open the sidebar.
Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
Choose Archive from the dropdown.
To view archived solutions, change the filter from active to archived.
Alternatively, click the circle next to a solution name and select Archive from the bar at the bottom of your screen.
