Timesheets provide Administrators with a timestamp and GPS location of where an operative has clocked in and out each day. Providing confidence and transparency that teams are on-site and on time.

This guide will walk you through the steps to clocking in and out using the Onetrace mobile app.

✨ Please note: Timesheets do not track a user's location throughout a working day while the timer is running. It only provides a snapshot of where and when an operative clocks in and out of the site each day.

How To Clock-In on Site

1. Open the Onetrace app on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to the My Time tab in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

3. Press the All Projects button at the top.

4. Choose the Project you are clocking in for.

5. Press the Clock in button.

☝️ When clocking in for the first time, you will be prompted to enable location for GPS tracking. Click the "Enable Location" button to switch it on.

6. Press the Start Timer button.

How To Clock Out of Site

1. Open the Onetrace app on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to the My Time tab in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

3. Press the All Projects button at the top.

4. Choose the Project you are clocking out for.

5. Press the Clock out button.

6. Press the Stop Timer button.

🚨 To stop the timer you will have to manually Clock out at the end of your shift on site. Remember to always Clock out after a job is completed for the day.

Using Timesheets will provide evidence that operatives are on site, supporting Administrators in keeping track of their teams.
