Signed Docs enables administrators to upload and request signatures on RAMS, Toolbox Talks, training materials or any other documentation they like. Whether onsite or in the office, docs can easily be sent out to a team to be reviewed and signed.
This guide will walk through the steps an operative will take to review and sign documents.
Reviewing and Signing Documents in the Mobile App
1. Log into your account via the Onetrace mobile app.
2. Within your notifications on the Home tab, you will see all the Docs that have been assigned to you for your acceptance.
3. Click on the notification you wish to check first.
4. Click the document that you wish to read first.
5. After reviewing the document, click the Accept Document button.
6. Click the Accept button to sign the document.
7. Use the < button at the top left corner to return to the previous page.
Simply repeat the process if you have multiple documents to accept and sign.
