Yes, you can delete a client and delete a contact from within your Onetrace account.

The ability to delete a client or contact is a crucial feature as it provides you with the necessary flexibility to remove outdated or irrelevant information, ensuring streamlined and organised project and client information.

✨ A client can only be deleted when there are no active jobs assigned to that client on any device.

✨ Deleting a client can only occur after all existing jobs for that client have been submitted. But, a client can still be archived while active jobs are in progress.
