Onetrace enables you to oversee and manage your real-life projects or sites digitally. You can create your projects on Onetrace with or without drawings, giving you complete flexibility to match your project's needs.
For bigger projects that require detailed floor plans, you can choose to 'run your projects with drawings' while proceeding with the option to 'run your projects without drawings' if you are not working with drawings.
Having the option to proceed with or without GA Drawings provide a powerful tool for you to manage your projects efficiently, enhancing collaboration and communication.

Steps To Create a Project With Drawings
1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com and select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
2. Click the + Create Project button.
3. Select either a pre-populated template from the dropdown menu or select 'I don't need a template' if you wish to continue without one.

4. Add the Project Name.
5. Add the Client.
6. Add the Site Address.
7. Click the Continue button.
8. Select the 'run project with drawing' option.
9. Click the Continue button.
10. Click Go to Project.
11. Click Get Started.
12. Click Add Levels.
✨ You have the flexibility to rename the levels to match the description used on your project, for example "Floors". Onetrace remembers the name you have input and automatically counts up as more levels are added.
13. Click Upload Drawings.
✨ You can choose to upload a single drawing or multiple drawings at once and upload them in bulk.
✨ When you upload a multi-drawing file, Onetrace will split the file into individual drawings, so you can easily drag and drop them into the right floors.
14. Drag and drop the drawings into levels to build your site.
15. Click the Finish button.
✨ You can create as many blocks and levels depending on your project's requirements.
✨ You can upload drawings to mark up specific locations or add pins to where work is being carried out on-site.
Steps To Create a Project Without Drawings
1. Select the Projects tab from the options in the left-hand menu.
2. Click the + Create Project button.
3. Select either a pre-populated template from the dropdown menu or select 'I don't need a template' if you wish to continue without one.

4. Add the Project Name.
5. Add the Client.

7. Click the Continue button.
8. Select the option 'Run Project without drawings'.

☝️ You can begin working on a project in Onetrace even without drawings.
Steps To Delete Your Projects
1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com
2. Choose the Projects tab using the left navigation bar.
3. Click on the Project you wish to delete.
4. Click the three dots from the top right side of your screen.
5. Click the Delete Project button.
6. Type 'DELETE' in the blank column.
7. Click the Confirm button.
🚨 Be sure to enter DELETE in all capital letters only.
🚨 If you initially create a project without drawings, you cannot later convert the same project to one with drawings.
When first setting up a project, decide whether drawings will be associated with it, as this cannot be changed after the initial project creation.
