Onetrace gives you multiple ways to manage your projects. Following just a few simple steps, you can archive and unarchive your projects to clean up your workflow and improve organisation, making current projects easier to access and manage.


Delete a project

How to delete a project:

  1. Select the project you would like to delete

  2. Navigate to the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen

  3. Select Delete Project from the dropdown

  4. Enter DELETE in capital letters, then click Delete

  5. A pop-up will appear in the bottom left-hand corner, which will take you to your organisation's deleted projects if you would like to restore the project

Archive a project

How to archive a project:

  1. Choose the Projects tab using the left navigation bar.

  2. Select the project you wish to archive by selecting the check box on the left.

  3. Click the Archive button.

  4. Click Archive to confirm your action.

Unarchive a project

How to unarchive a project:

  1. Choose the Projects tab using the left navigation bar.

  2. Using the Project Filter, select Archived Projects from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select the project you wish to Unarchive by selecting the check box on the left.

  4. Click the Unarchive button.

  5. Click Unarchive to confirm your action.
