Using Onetrace, you can customise your job forms to include and exclude materials from your project templates that are specifically required for the successful completion of a project.
In this guide we will teach you to:
How To Select Materials Using Project Templates
1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com
2. Choose the Library tab using the left navigation bar.
3. Click Project Templates.
4. Click the template with which you wish to work.
5. Click the Materials & Rates tab.
6. Click the Material Manager button
7. Click on the Add Materials button.
8. Select the Materials you would like to add, then press the Add Materials to add the selected to the template.
How To Remove Materials Using Project Templates
1. Log into your account at app.onetrace.com
2. Click on the Library tab
3. Click the three dots and select Project Templates.
4. Click the template with which you wish to work.
5. Click the Materials & Rates tab.
6. Click the Select Material Manager button.
7. Click the checkboxes to select the materials you wish to remove, then press the Remove Materials button(bin can icon).
