With Onetrace, you can easily clear your report cache by following a few simple steps. Clearing the cache helps improve performance, ensures that all data is up-to-date, and resolves issues caused by outdated cached data. Any Admin making changes should use this feature to ensure that reports reflect the most recent edits and make troubleshooting easier.

How to clear the report cache:
In the left navigation bar, select the Projects tab.
Click on the project whose report cache you want to clear.
In the top-right corner, click the three dots (โฎ).
Select Clear Report Cache.
Click Confirm to complete the action.
