How to schedule jobs from a project or the global jobs page on desktop.

Easily schedule work for your team members, manage and customise jobs, and access job details. All essential information about each job is available at a glance, helping you stay organised and in control.

Schedule a job from the global page

How to schedule a job from the global page:

  1. Navigate to Jobs in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click the Schedule button on the right-hand side of your screen.

  3. A modal will appear to begin filling out the job details.

  4. Choose a Project from the dropdown menu and click continue.

  5. Select the operative(s) that will be carrying out the work, then click Continue. Multiple operatives can be assigned the same job, which they can access via the mobile app.

  6. Using the calendar, select the date or date range for when the jobs will be carried out, then click the Continue button. For each selected date, a job will be assigned to your operative(s).

  7. Within the Job Options screen, you can add a reference and select which forms will need to be used. If no forms are selected, then the operatives will be able to choose a form within the app.

  8. Assign a Site Contact, and leave related instructions to your operatives when they are on-site.

  9. Click the Finish button

💡 You can start a job online immediately on desktop or via the mobile app.

  2. Select the project you would like to schedule a job in

  3. Click the Schedule button in the right-hand side of your screen.

  4. Head to the Jobs tab

  5. Click the Schedule Job button in the right-hand side of your screen.

  6. A modal will appear to begin filling out the job details.

  7. Choose a Project from the dropdown menu and click continue.

  8. Select the operative(s) that will be carrying out the work, then click Continue. Multiple operatives can be assigned the same job, which they can access via the mobile app.
