Generate a job report

How to generate a job report:

  1. Go to the project or global jobs page and select the job you want to generate a report for.

  2. Click Get Report on the right-hand side of your screen.

  3. You can choose the format of your report: PDF or Excel.

    1. PDF Report: Presented in a professional format, ideal for sharing or presenting.

    2. Excel Report: Designed for data analysis, with options to customise:

      1. Materials: Include either a summary or a detailed breakdown.

      2. Photos: Add hyperlinks to photos or embed them directly.

      3. Prices: Choose to show or hide material prices.

  4. Click Build Report to generate your file.
