If you need to update a job sheet after submission—such as adding photos or correcting information—you can still make changes while the project is in progress.
Mobile app: Operatives can edit their submitted job sheets directly. This action automatically reverts the status to in progress.
Web: Admins have the authority to unsubmit and edit any job sheet via the web.
⚠️ A job has to be in progress for job sheets to be edited and unsubmitted. If the job has been completed, it will need to be reassigned for the job sheets to be unsubmitted.

How to unsubmit or edit a job sheet on mobile:
Go to the mobile homepage or My jobs screen and find the relevant job. You can only edit a job sheet if the status is Awaiting or In progress.
Click Edit in the top-right corner. Note that you can only edit your own job sheets, not those belonging to another operative.
Once you've updated the information, click Submit to finish.

How to unsubmit or edit a job sheet on the web:
Open the project containing the job sheet.
Select the job sheets tab.
Choose the job sheet you want to update—admins can edit any sheet regardless of status.
Click edit in the top right corner.
Make your changes.
Click save to push the updates live.
