Onetrace’s best practices for mobile

Regularly updating your devices

As mobile technology advances, manufacturers release regular system updates. Apple and Google often phase out support for older versions or make them ineligible for further updates. Onetrace is also continuously updated to align with these advancements, helping to maintain loading speed, fix bugs, and introduce new features.

⚠️ Whilst it’s possible to run Onetrace on older or lower operating systems, please be aware that this can affect functionality and loading speeds.

Storage

There is no minimum requirement for storage space whilst using the Onetrace App. However, depending on your company's requirements and policies (such as storing backup photos for surveys), you may need to consider a device with extra storage capabilities, or regularly clear your device of unnecessary images.
