If you're experiencing camera freezing or other issues in the Onetrace app on your Android device, you can switch to your phoneโ€™s built-in camera as a temporary workaround.

Important:

  • This option is only available on Android, not iOS.

  • Only use this option if you're experiencing issues. If everything is working fine, we recommend continuing to use the Onetrace camera for the best experience.

How to enable the System Camera

  1. Open the Onetrace app.

  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Turn on the "Use system camera" option.

This will allow you to use your phoneโ€™s native camera, which can resolve camera-related problems like freezing or delays.

Available in Version 10.24 and above

Note: This feature is available only in version 10.24 and above in the Android mobile app. To check your version or update the app:

  1. Go to the profile icon in Onetrace.

  2. Scroll down to see your app version.

  3. If you're using an older version, update it via the Google Play Store.
