We’ve entered an exciting new chapter for Onetrace. Our brand has evolved, but our commitment to you remains the same. We’re still here to support you just as we always have, now with an even stronger focus on solving the day-to-day challenges you face.

Below, we’ve answered some common questions to help clarify the changes we’ve made to our brand and why, what’s staying the same, and what you can expect moving forward.

What’s happened?

We’ve refreshed our brand. As of 22nd September, you’ll see a new logo, colours, and look across our website and communications. Most customers will see the brand changes automatically. A few customers on our legacy experience will not.

Why have you changed the brand?

After five years of growing alongside our customers, it was time to modernise our brand. This is the first time we’ve updated our identity since we started, and the refresh reflects just how far we’ve come—and where we’re going.

Today, subcontractors across trades use Onetrace. The new brand reflects that we’re here to help all subcontractors with the challenges of running their businesses: traceability, compliance, workforce management, and profitability.

We wanted a brand that better represents the comprehensive platform we’ve built and the broader value we deliver today. While the look is new, our mission and our commitment to you remain unchanged.

Will this affect my product or account?

No. We’re essentially just updating the logo and colour palette.

  • If you’re on the modern Onetrace experience (most customers) you’ll see all the changes for the improved, updated brand experience.

  • If you’re still on Classic experience (if you joined Onetrace before January 2024, and have not yet migrated), talk to us about booking in your migration so you can take advantage of all the changes.

Logging in may look a bit different, and so will our website. But you’ll have the same Onetrace experience, with no change to the platform, your data, or your workflows.

Will pricing or subscriptions change?

No. This rebrand doesn’t affect your subscription, your billing, or the cost of using Onetrace in any way.

Do I need to do anything?

Most customers don’t need to do anything at all. As of 22nd September you’ll simply notice our new look.

If you’re still on the Classic experience, get in touch with the support team to schedule your migration. It’s free, guided, and we’re here to help every step of the way.

What is the new logo and what does it represent?

Our new logo is a bolt: solid, dependable, and built to hold things in place.

The bolt represents action, precision, and progress. It can be used in every trade, by every team, and at every scale. It’s strong, scalable, and uniquely ours—and now, yours too.

Does this mean you are no longer focused on fire protection?

Not at all. Fire protection is where we started, and our commitment to the industry remains as strong as ever. The product and service you rely on aren’t changing.

The pain points we address for you aren’t about fire protection specifically: they affect all subcontractors. This is why, over time, we’ve seen more and more subcontractors from other trades start using Onetrace on their projects.

Does this mean you’ve not been working on new features?

Not at all! While our designers have been hard at work on the rebrand, our developers are as busy as usual.

In particular, we're working on a new feature, Planner, that's designed to make it easier to see, schedule and manage your projects and the operatives working on them. It's not ready yet, but if you're interested you can sign up for the waiting list here to stay updated.

What if I have questions? What if my operatives do?

You can reach us anytime at support@onetrace.com, or speak to one of our team through the chat bubble.
