With Onetrace, you can download your drawings on your mobile device and continue your work offline without an active internet connection.

This article will walk you through the steps to turn on your offline drawing setting using your Onetrace app.

Steps to Enable the Offline Drawing Option on Your App

  1. Log into your account via the Onetrace Mobile App.

  2. Select the Account tab from the top left corner of your mobile screen.

  3. Turn on the Offline Drawings option by switching on the slider (it should appear blue like in the screenshot below).

🚨 Once switched on any drawings downloaded will be visible for the operative to complete the job.

🚨 To submit the form after completing the job, ensure the operative has an active internet connection.

How Many Drawings Can You Upload Within Your Onetrace Account?

  1. Multiple drawings can be uploaded to your projects and downloaded to your operative's mobile phone so they can access the drawings and continue their work in areas with weak signal strength.

  2. Drawings will be added to the projects using the main system within your Onetrace account.

How To Work Offline

  1. To work offline the operative will have to manually turn on the work offline feature using their mobile phones for the drawings to be available even with no internet.

  2. After you have scheduled jobs for your operatives using the main system, they will have to download the respective job on a mobile device with an active internet connection.

  3. Once the job is downloaded they can continue working in the offline mode.

  4. After completing the job before they submit the job form they will need an active internet connection.

🚨 It is important to submit the form with an active internet connection in order for all the changes done over the app to sync with the main system.

This brings us to the end of the guide. Now you can enable the Offline Drawing option so your operatives can work offline using their Mobile App even with a remote internet connection.
