We introduced the new jobs experience in January 2025 β€” a complete upgrade designed to give you more control, streamline your workflow, and simplify everyday processes.

Switching is easy: just use the toggle at the top of your job or job sheet page to move between the new and legacy interfaces. While you can temporarily return to the old view, we strongly recommend staying in the new jobs experience to unlock all its benefits.

⚠️ Important: The old jobs experience will be retired on 1st December 2025. Since January 2025, all product updates, bug fixes, and new features have been focused on the new jobs experience. The old interface has not received updates during this time, and it will not include upcoming improvements such as conditional fields and approval history.

Overview of the new jobs experience

Job management

With the new recall jobs feature, you no longer need to contact support to close jobs if an operative leaves the business, breaks a device, or is otherwise unreachable.

You can force complete, reassign, delete, or recall outstanding jobs directly from the web app. If an operative is still reachable and their device is working, ask them to complete or cancel jobs directly to avoid potential data duplication or traceability issues.

Greater flexibility

The full job cycle can now be managed entirely through the web app. You can start, edit, and submit job sheets from any device, giving you ultimate convenience and control wherever you are.

Smarter approvals

Approval stages are prominently displayed within the job sheet page, showing current status and required actions at a glance. The auto move to the next sheet feature allows approvers to quickly review all items in succession, streamlining the process. Full approval history provides a clear record of QA timelines and project processes.
